Official Sweepstakes Rules

Contest Duration: 21 consecutive weeks, beginning on 6/24/25 and ending on 11/11/25.

1. Eligibility

Open only to residents of the state of Colorado, aged 18 or older.

Employees (and their immediate family members) of Sponsor, affiliates, or any promotion agencies are not eligible.

2. Sponsor Information

Sponsored by Zero Zero Two, located at 4401 Innovation Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525. (both principal place of business and contact address).

3. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

A free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) is available via mail: send a postcard with your full name, address, phone number, and email to Zero Zero Two Sweepstakes, 4401 Innovation Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Mail entries must be postmarked by each week’s entry deadline, as set forth in these Rules, and comply with all other rules—Sponsor is not subject to or liable for mail processing delay.

4. Entry Period & How to Enter

Each weekly entry period runs from Monday at 12:00 AM MT to Sunday at 11:59 PM MT.

One entrant per method (online OR mail) per person, per household or familial unit, per week.

5. Winner Selection & Odds

Each week, one winner is selected randomly from all eligible entries received that week.

Odds: Number of prizes awarded (1 weekly prize) out of total eligible entries received that week.

6. Prizes

One prize awarded each week. Prize details (value, restrictions) are listed in the “Prize Disclosure” section.

Prizes must not exceed $300 total per draw; Sponsor maintains proof of ownership.

7. Prize Disclosure ("Consumer Disclosure")

Consumer Disclosure:

  • Prizes include, but shall not be limited to: gift cards to be redeemed at Sponsor’s facility, coaching at Sponsor’s facility, lessons at Sponsor’s facility, and/or equipment to be purchased at Sponsor’s facility. Sponsor reserves the absolute right and/or discretion to determine the weekly prize in all drawings, consistent with the limitations set forth herein.

  • Average retail value of weekly prize value: $300.00

  • Odds: 1 out of the total number of eligible entries received that week. As stated above, current and/or putative members of Sponsor’s club are automatically included in the pool of eligible sweepstakes entrants. Therefore, the total number of eligible sweepstakes entrants is not based singularly and/or entirely on the number of mailed and/or emailed entrants.

  • The winner of the weekly sweepstakes drawing has not been, and will not be, determined until such time as all eligible weekly entries have been received for that week’s drawing, as provided herein.

  • Sponsor’s physical and contact address: Zero Zero Two Sweepstakes, 4401 Innovation Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525.

  • Entry deadline: 11:59 PM MT Sunday of each calendar week for the duration of the contest.

  • Restrictions: Winner of a weekly drawing must claim prize within 14 calendar days and provide an via affidavit of eligibility and provide SSN if cumulative prize value over multiple weeks exceeds $1000 (IRS Form 1099 applies).

  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: All eligible entries (as provided herein) have an equal chance of winning a weekly drawing.

8. Winner Notification & Claiming Prize

Winners will be notified by Sponsor within 15 days of drawing at no cost to winner.

Winners must sign affidavit/liability/publicity release and submit SSN for tax reporting if required. Prize must be claimed by winner from Sponsor within 7 days or prize will be forfeited.

9. Prize Award Timing

All weekly prizes awarded no later than the end of each calendar quarter.

10. Privacy

Personally identifiable information (PII) will be used per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is available at zerozerotwo.pro/privacy).

Information and PII collected by Sponsor for the sweepstakes is used solely for administering these sweepstakes and will not be sold or otherwise released, distributed and/or disseminated, with or without compensation to Sponsor, except as provided hereinnot sold. Participants can request deletion.

11. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions (which are final).

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the sweepstakes if compromised for any reason, without recourse and /or liability to Sponsor.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability

Entrants release Sponsor from liability for loss, damage, or injury in connection with entry, participation, or prize acceptance/use. SPECIFICALLY, AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL WINNERS OF A WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING HEREBY CONSENT TO, AGREE TO AND WAIVE THAT BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY INTO THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONTEST, AND BY THEIR SUBMISSION OF AN ENTRY HERETO, SPONSOR MAY UTILIZE ONLY THEIR NAME AND/OR IDENTITY IN SPONSOR’S PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, LITERATURE AND/OR PROPAGANDA, WITHOUT RECOURSE BY WINNER AND WITHOUT FURTHER COMPENSATION AND/OR CONSIDERATION TO WINNER FROM SPONSOR. ENTRANTS HEREBY COMPLETELY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST SPONSOR FOR SPONSOR’S USE OF WINNER’S NAME AND/OR IDENTITY FOR THE PURPOSES SET FORTH HEREIN.

Sponsor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding prizes and/or winner’s redemption, use, negotiation and/or reclaiming of such prize.

13. Disputes

Void where prohibited.

Subject to Colorado state law and applicable federal law.
